La Belle Paris

Forty five Year 6, 7 and 8 students and 5 accompanying staff have just returned from a stimulating and highly enjoyable week of culture and language immersion in the beautiful and magical city of Paris. The group had the glorious opportunity to visit many of the renowned historical landmarks including Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Musée d’Orsay, the Opéra Garnier, the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe,Versailles and Montmartre. Walks along the Seine, through the Tuileries Gardens and along the Champs-Elysées combined with journeys on the ever-bustling Métro and meals in a range of cafes and restaurants, allowed the students to absorb the rich ambience of this vibrant metropolis. Learning and practising the fine art of French Cuisine in the Atelier des Chefs and a day relaxing at Euro Disney were highlights for many. The group regaled their families at the joyous homecoming with tales of their grand adventures. The memories will last a lifetime.
