Tea Anyone?
The recent Year 1 Family Tea Party may not have had any hot tea (for obvious safety reasons) but was blessed with an abundance of warmth nonetheless. Mums and Dads arrived in the Year 1 classes and Activity Street to work alongside their sons and daughters to complete a colourful family tree – part of our current ‘Ourselves’ topic. For those of you who were unable to attend, do not worry, we had a small army of colleagues and friends who stepped in to act as surrogates. Everyone had a fun time, as our pictures attest. As five-year old Abdulla explained, “Best day, ever!” The completed family trees will go on display so please feel free to pop in and take a look.
