Go Sharks!
On the weekend of 20th April, 31 members of the St Chris Sharks Swim Squad competed in the prestigious BSME Swimming Championships in Dubai. There were 20 teams, making up a total of 477 competitors. Over the weekend there were over 40 GCC records broken, one of them was our very own Shark, Sarah Stewart, who smashed the 50m backstroke record. Our Sharks came away with a myriad of medals, ribbons and personal bests. In addition to these awards, we swam away with 5 FINA high point trophies. These Sharks were Tom Watson, Roma Vrijhof, Asma Le Falher, Sarah Stewart and Allegra Smith. We are very proud of our swimmers! Well done to everyone!
