Representatives from the University of Cambridge NRICH programme introduced a problem via a live stream and invited students from around the world to work on it. During this time, teachers uploaded photos of their work.
Once our Y7 students had engaged with the problem, the NRICH team showcased the work that had been sent in and suggested next steps for investigation based on students’ ideas.
Our Year 7s impressed us with their insight, logical thinking and algebraic approaches.
