Nursery Splash
At the beginning of May, Nursery dived into their splash days with great energy and enthusiasm! The aim for the morning was to give the Nursery children a taster session in the school pool in preparation for when they enter Reception in September. Each class was taught about the important safety rules of the pool before getting wet.
They showed some fabulous kicking and confidently put their faces in the water to blow bubbles. Having filled the pool with sinking toys, floats and hoops, the children were in their element! Well done to all the Nursery children! The swim teachers are excited at the obvious water confidence they already possess and are looking forward to developing their stroke techniques in Reception.
