And the Drama Continues

CurtainFalls

At the beginning of December, the Senior School students entertained audiences with a wonderful evening of musical theatre. As a treasured theatre is closing down, the Stage Door Keeper revisited haunting moments from unforgettable past productions. From his memory emerged extracts of classic scenes and recognisable songs. When the Curtain Falls included students from Year 7 to Year 13 in a range of timeless musical theatre numbers.

Featuring a wide range of musicals, spanning the decades, this talented and enthusiastic cast embraced musical numbers from the 1940s to the present day. In rehearsals, the teacher directors worked alongside three Year 12 student directors, Scarlet Robinson, Anish Vishwakoti and Cameron Icelli, and their contribution was invaluable to the success of the show. Mrs Leap, Mrs Beck, Mrs Grantham and the student directors would like to thank all of the cast and crew for their commitment and energy, and for their memorable performances.
