Primary Sports League Swim Meet
On Monday 3 March the Junior School hosted the first Primary Sports League Swim Meet for local and neighbouring Saudi schools. Three schools attended; St Chris, The British School of Bahrain and Dhahran British Grammar School. In total about 60 swimmers competed in various races of 50m and 100m distances. The climax of the event were the medley and freestyle relays.
Our swimmers obtained a huge amount of medals and personal best times. For some of our swimmers it was the first time they had competed against outside competitors.
Congratulations to all those who took part and thank you to those parents who gave up their time to help and support the swimming department, these events could not run without your commitment.
