The Sharks Attack Oman

On Thursday 26 March, 18 St Christopher’s Sharks travelled to Oman to compete in the BSME Swimming Championships 2015. Our team ranged from 9 years old to 17 years old. It was an early start on Friday morning, with a 7:30am warm up in the Sultan Quaboos outdoor 50m pool. Every competitor was allowed to swim four events plus relays. There was a range of distances from 50m to 200m in all strokes. Our Sharks proved victorious, especially in the relays, where we won a majority of our races, and broke established records.
