The Junior Hall was packed; some atmospheric music, a mass of colourful costumes…everything was ready for the Year 3 Cantata! Our show this year was again planned to reflect the learning that has been taking place. All classes had the opportunity to share some of their knowledge and to demonstrate their skills in front of a lively and appreciative audience. The children enjoyed performing their routines on stage and the quality of the singing was outstanding! The children sang a range of songs covering such topics as the River Nile, camels and mummification, in which they were ably led by members of the Music Department. We thank parents for supporting the children and for providing the brilliant costumes. An excellent show – and great fun!
The audience were fantastic!
