Working those Parents
The parents workshop on the 16 November on how you can best help your children at home in Science, Mathematics and English, together with a workshop on Carol Dweck’s research into Fixed and Growth Mind sets was very successful. Just under a hundred parents attended and on a feedback questionnaire, parents confirmed that they felt better informed.
Parents concluded it was “very informative” and were very complimentary “Excellent presentations, they get better and better!” Several parents expressed a further interest in more workshops like this, and particularly requested more information on Mindsets.
